We're a team of three, based in South Africa and making regular trips into Zambia. We saw a gap, millions of people who needed internet access but had no easy way to get it. No contracts, no fibre, no bank accounts required. So we built something that works the way Zambia already works: cash, corner shops, and a code on a piece of paper.
