My code didn't work — what now?

Double-check you typed all 12 digits. Still stuck? WhatsApp us a photo of the voucher and we'll sort it within 15 minutes. If the voucher is damaged or already redeemed, we'll send you a fresh one.

Can I use Star time outside Zambia?

Not yet. Today we're live in Livingstone, with Kitwe and Ndola coming in late 2026. Vouchers bought here only work on our network, in-country.

Does my data expire?

Yes. All vouchers are valid for 24 hours: 250MB, 500MB, 1GB, and 3GB. The timer starts as soon as you enter the voucher — not when you buy it.

Can I carry data over?

No rollover. We keep prices low by keeping the rules simple. If you run out, buy another voucher.

What phones work with Star time?

Any phone that can dial USSD codes — including basic feature phones. No app, no smartphone needed.

How do I check how much data I have left?

Dial *150*1# any time. It's free.
